How can I trace my document/parcel? 

You can trace your own documents/ parcels through online by clicking the "Track and Trace" button at the Home Menu. Note: Only International Express Mail matters can be traced using the tracking number. i.e. EE123456789US

Can I send/receive mails during weekends and holidays?

Our regular business hours are from 8am-5pm (Mondays thru Fridays) and we are unable to deliver mail matters during weekdays and holidays, but our SM City Post Shop (Iloilo City) is open to receive your mails for mailing during weekends and holidays.

Where can I buy collectible stamps?

 

Philatelic stamps can be bought to all capital post offices in the City.

How can I locate my ordinary letters?

​The best thing to do is to visit the post office near you and look for the Postmaster for your concerns.

Can I send medicines here and abroad? If yes, what are the requirements?

Yes, prescribed medicines may be sent here and abroad, provided that they come with medical prescription and that they are not in liquid form. Herbal medicines and over the counter medicines may be send without prescription, provided again that they are not in liquid form.

Are there fees involved when RECEIVING mail matters from abroad?

Presentation To Customs Charge (PTCC) of P 40.00 is required for International Express Mail parcels, small packets, air parcels, registered parcels.

Will my mails be delivered to my doorstep?

 

All mails, except packages, are delivered to right to the doorstep of the addressee. For packages and registered mails returned because the addressee happens to be not around at the time of the delivery, a notice is given to the addressee to pick up the mail at the office​

 

What is the Postal ID?



The Postal Identity Card is the most widely accepted means of identification in postal transactions here and abroad. Designed by the Universal Postal Union, PID cards are generally accepted as secondary proof of identification in banks, financial institutions, and government offices. PID cards are valid for a period of three years.

 

Where can I get the Postal ID?

Our Postal ID is available to all post offices nationwide,just bring with you the required documents.
1. 2pcs 2x2 photo id
2. Brgy. Clearance (present time)
3. CEDULA

4. Valid ID such as Birth Certificate, SSS  ID, Drivers License, PRC License, Passport, GSIS ID,​
